New orders

PG Systemtechnik receives more and more orders in the field of IWFM (Integrated Waste Facility Mangement) resp. WtE (Waste to Energy) / MVA (Müllverbrennungsanlagen). Just now we are glad to have received new orders from Hitachi Zosen Inova, Suisse for a total of more than 200 spherical sliding bearings for the boilers in 2 projects (Rivenhall and North London, UK).

Change of the owner

Company Semer Anlagen-Technik GmbH in Wickede (Ruhr), represented by its managing partner, Mr. Tim Weber, takes over all shares in PG Systemtechnik with effect from July 1st, 2023. Former owners Wilfried Naumann and Klaus Sasserath will remain as senior employees of PG Systemtechnik and will accompany the transition.

Sliding pads for launching of the “Salzbachtalbrücke” (bridge over Salzbach valley)

The new „Salzbachtalbrücke“ over motorway A66 in Germany is erected by method of incremental launching – with PGtec® sliding pads we supplied to our customer Stahlbau Plauen. An explaining and interesting video can be watched here.

PG Systemtechnik creates in good cooperation with company Leo Weiss a concept to replace the old worn-out roller bearings by new ones – assembly is to be scheduled for May 2023.

Airport Frankfurt – people mover

Our sister company Ingenieurbüro Stahmleder GmbH receives the order from Fraport AG (operating company of Frankfurt airport) to inspect all more than 450 bearings which are installed in the people mover system between terminals 1 and 2.

Refurbishment of ducts in the Swiss alps

PG Systemtechnik received an order from VAM Bilfinger a huge order about 66 custom tailored spherical bearings with SST cover to refurbish the 1 km long DN 3000 duct system, located near Nendaz in the Rhone valley in Switzerland.

Huge construction part for the “FAIR” project in Darmstadt

Through company PORR a very special order was placed to supply - within shortest time - 2 big SST frames size 4,40 m x 7,20 m. These parts are built in project „FAIR“ in Darmstadt, which is supposed to be the biggest scientific development project in the world with an investment volume of near to 1,3 bill. Euro. The size of the parts required an overnight special transport with escort of police cars.

Lift-off!

PG Systemtechnik helps to transport the new Ariane 6 rocket within the Kourou space center. For the consortium SEH/Eiffage custom-tailored bearings were engineered and manufactured. These are built into the transport lorries which move the rocket from the assembly hall to the launching area.

New Series sliding bearings with integrated lift-off device

Many customers request sliding bearing with integrated lift-off device. Hence PG Systemtechnik has extended here range by its range of type LD. These bearings have a special sort of design which allows swelling and permanent negative vertical (lift-off) forces. The regular function of a bearing (sliding) is not reduced.
