PG Systemtechnik helps to transport the new Ariane 6 rocket within the Kourou space center. For the consortium SEH/Eiffage custom-tailored bearings were engineered and manufactured. These are built into the transport lorries which move the rocket from the assembly hall to the launching area.

New Series sliding bearings with integrated lift-off device
Many customers request sliding bearing with integrated lift-off device. Hence PG Systemtechnik has extended here range by its range of type LD. These bearings have a special sort of design which allows swelling and permanent negative vertical (lift-off) forces. The regular function of a bearing (sliding) is not reduced.
